I’ve used Glenn for more than 10 years for my IT requirements and during that time was paying Telstra a massive amount of money to have multiple phone lines run into the office and we were using an antiquated phone system. Glenn introduced us to the possibilities of VOIP once the NBN became available to our work and over the last 18 months I’ve more than saved the cost of the new phone system by cancelling Telstra’s phone lines.
The phone system is excellent as we have standard opening / closing time which the calls come into the office and outside of this they get rerouted to an after hours call centre. We can also change these time using the app in case we need to step out of the office for a meeting, for the occasional public holiday etc.
I can’t recommend the system highly enough and I’m not flash with IT, so its great to have Glenn to help get it all sorted.
